Authorization for the use of images of participants in the International Vocational Training Congress

In compliance with current regulations, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into the processing activity “Congresos y Eventos de la Secretaria General de Formación Profesional”, whose responsible is the Secretaría General de Formación Profesional del Ministerio de Educación y Formación Profesional (calle Alcalá, 34 -28014- Madrid).

The purpose of the processing of personal data is the collection of data of participants in congresses, conferences, seminars, symposiums and activities organized by the SG of VET, as well as images, in audiovisual format for dissemination by the media, digital media and social networks of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training and authorized media.

The lawfulness of the processing is based on Article 6.1 e) of the GDPR and on the consent you provide for the described purpose, Article 6.1 a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

The data will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or when the data subject withdraws consent.

Data subjects may exercise their rights under Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation, which are applicable in accordance with the legal basis of the processing, before the Data Protection Officer (dpd@educacion.gob.es) through the Ministry’s electronic site, in person at the registry offices or by mail.

I authorize the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training to take photographs and recordings during the celebration of the different sessions of the International Congress on Vocational Training, which will be held on March 30 and 31, 2023, with the understanding that it is possible to disseminate them through the media, digital media and social networks of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training and authorized media.
