The accreditation of competencies is one of the most important lines of action of the Plan for the Modernization of Vocational Training of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training. Almost half of the active population in our country lacks the skills that prove what they know how to do and what they have learned through work experience or through other non-formal training channels. To change this reality, a more agile procedure has been permanently opened so that anyone at any time can go to the regional Administration and request this accreditation. With this practice, the Government of Spain intends to reach more than three million people in four years.

In this space, we will have some success stories of companies or entities that have accredited their workers in a short time thanks to this new system.
