Talent: its present and future. The Vocational Training we need

- Alberto Granados | President of Microsoft España
- Nikita Jaume Grande | FP Student
- Jorge González | FP student
| Time : 12:20

Vocational Training stands as a fundamental tool to anticipate the new challenges presented by the productive and economic scenario of the countries in the midst of the skills revolution. Being able to anticipate the immediate future in terms of employment and training needs of immediate professionals requires a quality training system, constantly updated and perfectly aligned with the sustainable development objectives. The dual dimension of vocational training is key, according to the new Organic Law on the Organization and Integration of Vocational Training. The connection between the student and future work scenarios is, without a doubt, an open door to employment.

In this space we will listen to the different points of view of the participants, staging that essential connectivity between the needs of the protagonists from their different perspectives. How has the labor model changed? How do young people see today’s employment? What profiles do companies demand? What do young people expect from Vocational Training in the 21st century? These and other issues will be addressed by the guests.
